Before you jump right in and purchase a holiday property in Turkey, there are several things that you should consider. Buying property is never a decision that should be taken lightly. ý Your Budget ý You should never purchase a property that is listed above what you can afford. To figure out what you can afford, you will need to set a realistic budget. And donýt depend on rental income from your holiday property. If you plan to rent out the property, there may be time periods when your property will sit empty.
