New Banquet Room for Renowned Rouge Houston Restaurant Complete in Time for Holiday Parties
Houston, TX (PRWEB) November 27, 2007 -- Renowned Houston hot spot and preferred holiday party locale, Rouge Restaurant, has completed the expansion of its facilities to include a new banquet room with a capacity of up to 60 people - adding to its private room offerings.
The new banquet room follows the same designer-decorated theme as the main restaurant itself. This expansion now gives the already popular Rouge restaurant three flexible banquet rooms ranging in capacity from 10 to 200 guests, making it a top Houston restaurant for private dining and banquets.
"The expansion is complete just in time for the holiday season and will help meet the general market and corporate needs required of private dinning facilities," said Rouge Manager Thomas Rucker.
"The need for corporate and private meeting places continues to grow and while Houston restaurants have typically filled this need a shortage of private rooms on key nights has created a need for new facilities within existing restaurants. We believe this is an excellent enhancement to our restaurant," Rucker added.
According to Rucker, the size of an event often limits it to the availability of private rooms. The size and minimum expenditures associated with private dining rooms in many Houston restaurants make it cost prohibitive to smaller functions. Corporate and private meetings, weddings, rehearsal dinners, medical seminars and even birthday parties are often booked in dining rooms where privacy dining is not available.
Recognizing the market need for additional private dining facilities offering flexible accommodations for smaller parties, Rouge added rooms with a 10 - 30 guest, 25 - 60 guest, and 50 - 200 guest capacity. These additional private rooms now give Rouge the ability to handle varied party capacities.
