Del Pacifico at Esterillos Announces New Vacation Rental Management Company, Sun*Pacific Vacations

In making the announcement, Mr. Strudwick said, "Now that we have 70 condos and homes occupied by owners looking to rent out their properties when they are not in use, the demand to manage the process has grown to the point that we saw a need for a separate company to handle it."    

There are a wide range of options available including lofts and one and two bedrooms right in the town center, La Prada. In addition, two and three bedroom condos, custom homes and villas with private pools are also available as rentals to vacationers looking to experience

a "seaside town with a tropical soul," says Strudwick.

Nightly rates range from $150 per night for a loft to $750 per night for a private villa with a view of the ocean and a private pool.

Rental Options:

The Lofts At La Prada:

Above the shops at La Prada, Del Pacifico's town center is a number of condos and lofts all with different designs and configurations. The lofts offer 1 to 3 bedroom options all with a kitchenette. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and just minutes from the beach. La Prada is an ideal "base of operations" for fully exploring the natural wonders of Costa Rica's Central Pacifico Coast.

2 Bedroom Villa Del Pacifico Condominiums:

The 2BR Villas and condos offer luxury and privacy at Del Pacifico. Each condo comes equipped with two full baths, a gourmet kitchen and washer and dryer. They are also able to arrange transportation and book horses stabled at Del Pacifico through the concierge office.
