In addition to the educational seminars, guests will also be challenged physically with a traditional boot camp at the beach. Days will begin around 8:30 with the cardio challenge followed by the grueling strength and agility session. From there the days will lead in a few different directions including classes like pilates mat, yoga flow, core conditioning, stretch for strength, spinning, stress reduction and more. Wrap up the day with a hot steam or a specialty spa treatment.

Holding retreats at The Ocean Sands Resort and Spa in Pompano Beach, FL and San Pancho, Mexico, guests can enjoy a choice of two beachfront locations with a full amenity list. The Ocean Sands Resort features spacious rooms with plush bedding, oversized bathrooms with tile floors and granite countertops, washer and dryer in every room, mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. All rooms have an ocean view and balcony and offer complimentary wireless internet and valet parking. In addition, the resort features a full spa with vichey showers and hydrotherapy tubs, a full fitness center with cybex equipment, rooftop running track, group fitness room, men's and women's locker rooms and two restaurants.

A six-night stay at the retreat costs $2650 per person for single occupancy and $1975 for double occupancy.
